1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bat888" refers to the operator of the gaming platform accessible at bat888.asia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the bat888 website, all associated pages, the gaming lobby, the sportsbook, the live casino interface, account management tools, and any related digital services operated by bat888.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the bat888 Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means the individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account with bat888.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your bat888 Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded by bat888 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal request can be processed against associated winnings.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gaming, sports betting, or casino-style play is explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to the Player.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, encompassing identity, age, and payment method verification procedures required by bat888 under its regulatory obligations.
• "CNIC" means a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bat888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire legal agreement between you and bat888 with respect to your use of the Platform. This agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) logging into an existing Account; (c) making a deposit or withdrawal; (d) placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform; or (e) claiming any bonus or promotional offer. If you are acting on behalf of another person by using their account credentials, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and both you and that person will be jointly and severally liable for any resulting obligations.

bat888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with bat888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. bat888 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to an individual below the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or in violation of any applicable local law or regulation.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of bat888 or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
5. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the bat888 Platform or under any responsible gaming scheme to which bat888 is a party.
6. You are not acting as a proxy, agent, or representative of any other person in creating or operating the Account.

bat888 may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by bat888 will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the bat888 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account profile is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 One Account Rule

bat888 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method may be associated with only one active bat888 Account. Where bat888 identifies multiple accounts operated by or attributable to the same individual, it reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts; (b) consolidate or void balances across duplicate accounts at its discretion; (c) withhold any withdrawals pending investigation; and (d) permanently ban the individual from future registration.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bat888 will treat any activity carried out using your valid credentials as authorised by you, and you will be fully liable for all such activity. bat888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available from within your Account security settings. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

bat888 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked at any point to provide: a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and documentation confirming ownership of payment methods used on your Account. bat888 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit deposits, or suspend Account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bat888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, bank transfer, and Cash OTC. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your Account and are subject to change. bat888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bat888 accepts no liability.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. bat888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not matching your registered identity will be returned and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically practicable. bat888 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, which vary by payment method. bat888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) applicable wagering requirements have not been met; (c) there is a pending investigation into Account activity; or (d) the requested amount falls below the stated minimum withdrawal threshold.

bat888 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond its reasonable control. All withdrawal processing times stated on the Platform are estimates and not guarantees.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the bat888 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat888 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any currency conversion undertaken by your bank or payment provider is outside bat888's control and is your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bat888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each eligible player may claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made against associated winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must meet the minimum stated odds at the time of placement. Bets placed at odds below the threshold will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• bat888 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any entitlements accrued prior to termination of a promotion will be honoured in accordance with the original promotion terms.
• bat888 reserves the right to recover bonus funds and associated winnings from any Account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns inconsistent with recreational play, exploitation of arbitrage opportunities across multiple accounts, or collusion with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
• bat888 may at its discretion apply a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus play. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets on the bat888 Platform are governed by individual game rules and sportsbook rules accessible within the relevant game lobby or market page. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and payout calculations, while these Terms shall govern all other matters including account management, disputes, and conduct.

bat888 uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all casino and slot games. RNG outputs are subject to independent third-party audit to verify statistical fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or completion of a game round or bet, bat888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account balance. bat888 will not be liable for any notional winnings that may have been expected from a completed game round that was affected by a technical error.

bat888 reserves the right to void any bet or casino result where there is evidence of: software exploitation, use of automated betting tools or bots, collusion between players, or deliberate manipulation of game mechanics. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and pending withdrawals, permanent ban from the Platform, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one bat888 Account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider betting based on non-public information related to sporting events.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not be available under correct operating conditions. bat888 reserves the right to void all bets placed under such errors regardless of the stated result.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider as a means of recovering funds that were genuinely staked on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or during any cooling-off period agreed with bat888.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bat888 Platform — including but not limited to the bat888 name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bat888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bat888.

Any unauthorised use of bat888's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

bat888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

bat888 processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have consented, direct marketing communications. bat888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for platform operations and regulatory compliance, and under contractual data protection obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

bat888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. bat888 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which the Account will be restricted from further wagering until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period your Account cannot be used for deposits or gameplay, though withdrawals of any remaining balance remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bat888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During self-exclusion, bat888 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent you from opening a new Account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat888 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors in Platform availability;
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

bat888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bat888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

bat888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bat888 is required to do so under applicable law or a regulatory direction; (c) bat888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) you have failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified period.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bat888 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus fund obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe applicable to that method. bat888 is not obliged to return bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of Account closure.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding withdrawal or liability arising from a breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to bat888's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact bat888 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bat888 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aims to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels within 28 days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under bat888's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bat888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the gaming agreement — bat888 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or via a prominent banner on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
